Hunt on 15,000 acres.



Hunt the Carruthers Ranch 12 miles Southeast of Sanderson in Terrell County, Texas. The season starts on November 27th. and lasts through December 12, 2004.

Game includes mule deer, blue quail, javalina, and varmints such as lions, bobcats and coyotes. This year has been a very good year for native forage and pasturage growth and the numbers and condition of wildlife show the results. There are numereous large coveys of blue quail.

The Carruthers Ranch has been noted over the years as a fine place to hunt. "Pinky" Carruthers, the owner, has the ranch well watered and has been engaged in a deer feeding program keeping high protein deer blocks out year around.

Pinky has quarters on the ranch to stay in for a large enough party. There are also places where you can park your RV.

Hunts offered are a minimum of 3 days at $1,000 per hunter.
